Order Completion
Congratulations on deciding to protect yourself throughout your home buying experience. Now there are just a couple steps you need to complete:
- To Begin, you must to send your Good Faith Estimate, Lender or Broker Contract and your Truth-in-Lending Statement, and Rate Lock Agreement (Only if you have one) via secured fax line to 281-667-3288 or via secured email to DocReview@mortgagechampions.org within 3 business days. MAKE CERTAIN TO PUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE BODY OF YOUR EMAIL OR FAX COVER SHEET.
- MCA will have an MCA representative contact you by e-mail within 2 business days of receipt of these initial documents with our recommendations.
- Approximately 24 hours before your loan closing or as soon as you receive your closing statement (called a HUD-I), you must send this to the MCA representative who has been assigned to you as instructed. This may be done by faxing the document to the representative’s personal fax number or by scanning the HUD-I closing statement and e-mailing it to your MCA representative. Allow at least 4 hours for MCA’s representative respond to you with a recommendation via e-mail or by phone.
The MCA Protection Plan is a consulting agreement to assist you from unfair and unwarranted charges by your Mortgage Lender or Broker. We here at MCA will never receive any remuneration on the loan being made nor shall we recommend any specific lender or Broker for a loan.
Also rest assured that your privacy will be kept. MCA will never sell or distribute any information we have received or may come to know during this process.

MCA offers a product to protect you against potential mortgage fraud and over-charging. It is called the Consumer Protection Plan. A Mortgage Professional will review your initial mortgage disclosure documentation and when the loan is ready to close the MCA professional will also review your closing settlement documents to make sure you received the correct program, rate and fees as initially disclosed.
