A training process designed for flexibility, engagement, and retention.

Step I

Baseline development

Our team conducts quantitative and qualitative surveys with your salesforce, operations team, and/or managers to develop a baseline for production, efficacy, and company culture.

Step II

Training delivery

Based on your unique needs, our team will deliver a robust training experience over 30-90 days that fully inculcates learners in our award-winning sales, service, and leadership systems.

30 - 90 days

Step III

Testing & verification

In addition to quizzes, exercises, and a live study session with Dale Vermillion, learners will complete a comprehensive final exam proving their knowledge of key concepts, strategies, and tactics.

Certification

Finally, after completing their final exam, learners will receive a best-in-class credential with the opportunity to recertify their knowledge of the training on an annual basis.
